Master Class with Club Guy & Roni

Club Guy & Roni, founded in 2001 by Roni Haver and Guy Weisman, is a renowned collaborating force based in The Netherlands. Guy and Roni work with the recurring theme of personal liberation. Their vocabulary is innovative, raw and exciting and the result is often mysterious, seductive and dynamic movement. Their choreography focuses on contemporary topics that aim to inspire, confront and touch audiences. The company has become a popular guest at international festivals in cities such as Rome, Tallinn, Aarhus, Marseille and Lausanne. In the summer of 2007 the Club performed at the prestigious American Jacob's pillow festival, the Grec Festival in Barcelona, the Schlossfestspiele in Ludwigsburg and the Oerol Festival on the island of Terschelling. As dancers Haver and Weizman have worked with Ohad Naharin's Bat Sheva Dance Ensemble, Itzek Galili, Lanonima Imperial,Tolada Dance Company and Wim Vandekeybus' Ultima Vez. bodyTRAFFIC hosts this one time master class.
