Faux Pas Dance Company

Faux Pas Dance Company presents its first full-length production, 'The Rising,' which boldly
turns the mirror on the turbulent political landscape in America today. Set against a musical backdrop of industrial beats, 'The Rising' is a
commentary on the social unconsciousness overwhelming modern culture. 'The Rising' explores the current human condition, through a wide variety of styles that range from contemporary ballet, and martial arts, to aerial dance. The edgy score of 'The Rising' includes artists
like Nine Inch Nails, Prodigy, Static X, and Serge Tankian. This production is a collaborative effort by Artistic Director, Katrina Jade and two of her dancers, Taryn Wayne and Jonette Ford.
