Shivaya - a tribute to the five great elements

Shivaya - a dance concert by Rangoli Dance Company & musicians and dancers from India in honor of Rangoli Foundation’s 25th Anniversary Celebrations. Shivaya pays tribute to the five elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Air, & Space), sacred five syllables and the universe’s sound, stillness and movement.
Sat. Aug. 28 – Bharatanatyam dances with musicians from India 5 p.m. and Shivaya (premiere of new work by Malathi Iyengar & Rangoli Dance Company) 7 p.m.
