Backhausdance at the Ford

Praised for their "sense of shared purpose and soaring physicality" (San Diego Union-Tribune), Backhausdance brings to the Ford Amphitheatre their hopeful signature work, Sitting on January and the Lester Horton award-winning Shift. Premiere work titled The Woeful Maladies of Ennui Manor will feature dancers gamboling in nature while performing on a grass covered stage. With live music by the Robin Cox Ensemble, The Woeful Maladies of Ennui Manor is set to an original score by Alan Terricciano.
