Phyllis Eckler’s exhilarating modern dance classes promote student confidence and coordination by using basic warm-up routines to stretch, strengthen and tone the body. These movements sequences eventually build into exciting dance combinations that challenge while displaying the student’s growing technical and performance abilities. Phyllis uses contemporary world music for the sensual flowing routines that result from the longer movement combinations choreographed for the students. The supportive atmosphere of the class helps attendees to realize their fullest potential as dancers.
