Rhythm and Dance: An Introduction to Cuban Modern Dance
Cuban Modern Dance is a unique technique that fuses modern, Afro- Cuban and flamenco dance forms into a joyful movement experience for your body and soul. In each class we focus on technique and how to free the body to truly dance. No dance experience necessary only a willingness to learn is required. This class is sponsored by Arya Movement Project.
