A Taste of Cuba: Intro to Cuban Modern Dance
Join a soul satisfying exploration of a unique dance form fusing Afro-Cuban, Spanish and modern dance forms. This one hour long workshop transports you to the island of Cuba and focuses on introducing you to Cuban modern dance technique rarely experienced outside of the island. The class focuses on rhythm, movement exploration and flexibility. All levels of dancers encouraged to attend.
