Taught by Suzie Poetsche - Rosalie & Alva Artistic Director!
Pilates group mat classes work on strengthening our core working on alignment, stretching and proper body mechanics to apply to our everyday lives. Extra work is provided with exercise balls and thera-bands. Immediately following this class is a contemporary class. The Pilates class is an excellent way to create that core connection & warm up needed for dance. We invite you to take advantage of this excellent opportunity and take both classes that will definitely compliment each other.
