PILATES - Teen/Adult
This class is taught by one of our ballet instructors who is also a certified Pilates instructor. Pilates group mat classes work on strengthening our core working on alignment, stretching and proper body mechanics to apply to our everyday lives. Extra work is provided with exercise balls and thera-bands. This class is just before a beginning ballet class and is an excellent core connection warm up for the ballet class that follows it, taught by the same instructor.
