Gymnastics/Acro - 8-11 years old

This class will focus on fundamental gymnastics & acrobatic skills as well as dance combinations that incorporate the student's skills. Children will learn basic ideas of rhythm, dance, balance, flexibility and strength along with gymnastics specific skills on Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor Exercise. Every class has a fun warm up and a fun finish!
