Jazz 101

A great jazz class for beginners! This class offers jazz in it’s most fundamental form and no experience is necessary. Class will begin with a thorough warm-up followed by learning jazz techniques such as footwork, balance, and basic body movement. The second half of class will focus on learning a fun center combination. Whether you are dancing for recreation, stress reduction, or overall health (or all of the above!), this class is perfect for you.
