Aerial Dance Fitness©

This class is geared towards persons (12 years and older) who are totally new to the aerial arts field or with no training at all. A novelty by itself, Aerial Dance Fitness© incorporates dance and fitness elements, both on ground and on aerial levels using Silk/Tissu/ Fabric, Hoop/Lyra, Hammock & Trapeze apparatus. Do not underestimate the power of dance movements as it works out your artistry and grace, while also gearing towards posture, flexibility and strength. This class has been proven to be a great & effective weight loss program as well as a body sculpting, muscle forming exercise program.
