Drop In Laban/Bartenieff Inspired Mov't Class

This class will be a 3 hour class based on the Bartenieff Fundamentals and the Effort/Shape/Space work of Rudolf Laban. It is for anyone interested in exploring easeful movement that is expressive and dynamic. Learn a little about Laban Movement Analysis system (LMA) in a fun upbeat way. It is taught by Certified Laban/Bartenieff Movement Analysts who run the LMA Certificate Program at Loyola Marymount University and UC Berkeley.
