A class designed to translate abstraction into motion. After a yoga/pilates warm up, you will use elements of jazz, ballet and modern to practice musicality and center. By the end of class, a short piece of original choreography is learned to tie it all together. Come take your shoes off and dance with Jasmine!

For the next month bring a friend who is new to the class and your class is FREE! Share the experience of a different type of dance class; focused on creativity and self-expression- Jasmine will inspire the artist in you!

Int/Adv Classic Jazz at The Dance Collaborative taught by Paul A. Brown

A blend of classic Giordano technique infused with more advanced contemporary and musical theatre style jazz dance, this class is geared toward those students who are at least intermediate level or above and already have a working knowledge of basic jazz technique. This class will be exploring what moves us to dance.

Beg/Int Classic Jazz at The Dance Collaborative taught by Paul A. Brown

A blend of classic Giordano technique infused with contemporary and musical theatre style jazz dance, this class will be geared more toward the Adult beginner, but will also be well suited for those Intermediate level students looking to get back into shape and/or improve their technique.

This class is taught by Paul A. Brown, a former member of Gus Giordano's Jazz Dance Chicago.

Int/Adv Ballet at The Dance Collaborative taught by Perry Brown

This class covers classical and neo-classical styles, while focusing on advanced ballet vocabulary and movement. The class is designed for the teen or adult student who wishes to enhance and master correct placement, body alignment, and appropriate form.

This class is taught by Perry Brown, who studied at the prestigious School of American Ballet.

Beg/Int Ballet at The Dance Collaborative taught by Perry Brown

Beg/Int Ballet covers classical and neo-classical styles, while focusing on the basics of ballet vocabulary and movement. The class is designed for the adult student who has no formal ballet training or who has studied ballet in the past and wishes to resume training. Emphasis will be placed on correct placement, body alignment, and appropriate form.

This class is taught by Perry Brown, who studied at the prestigious School of American Ballet.
