Modern Dance with John Pennington
This is an open level class. Pennington teaches a class that includes a thorough warm-up, then moves on to explore phrase work, rhythmic precision, strengthening and lengthening, and elevation on a beautifully sprung floor at ARC Pasadena.
Pennington was a long time member of the Lewitzky Dance Company and has developed an approach to movement using the principles of his training in theater and dance.

Ate9 Company Class
Ate9 Company Class is a one hour dance class dedicated to sensation based movement research. Using imagery to guide students through improvisational tasks, Ate9 Company Class encourages participants to experience a wide range of sensations from within the body. Each class works to foster strength, flexibility, and sensitivity throughout the body and mind.
Ate9 Company Class is inspired by Gaga, Ohad Naharin’s movement language. Gaga is a practice of research and discovery that brings new possibilities and healing to the body through constant and mindful movement .
Come get groovy with us, heal your body, and push your physical limits. People with no dancing background are very welcome to join.
Classes are open to dancers and movers alike - New movers, voices, and faces enhance the experience in the studio and brings inspiration to the teacher. We encourage you to join us.

Petite Feet Ballet and Ballet Basics Classes for Kids ages 3-7
Petite Feet ballet classes focus on self expression and creativity through dance, while incorporating age appropriate ballet steps, combinations and exercises. Activities that explore space, time and relationship (as well as many other dance elements) are part of the class experience, as well as stories drawn from the classical ballet canon and from other sources.
The Ballet Basics class builds upon this foundation, exploring dance elements and storytelling in more complex ways and through the integration of more challenging (though still age appropriate) ballet technique.
9am-9:45am – Petite Feet Ballet for 3-4 year olds (optional drop-off)
10am-10:45am – Petite Feet Ballet for 4-5 year olds (optional drop-off)
10:50-11:45am – Ballet Basics for 5-7 year olds (optional drop-off)
